Shop Front Improvement Grants
The shop front improvement grant funds up to £5,000 to small independent retailers already occupying a premises. This grant allows the retailer to make alterations or repairs to their shop front in order to enhance its appearance.
This includes painting of shop fronts, restoration of traditional styled shop fronts or reinstatement of sash windows and doors, replacement of signage and removal of external roller shutters. The grant can also be used for costs associated with planning permission, building regulations and architects fees.
