Temporary Changes to Companies House Filing Requirements – Reminder on Dates

Just a reminder that the automatic 3 month extension for Companies House Filing only applies to year ends up to 30 June 2020 (filing deadline extended to 30 June 2021).

Those clients with a 31 July 2020 year end and onwards revert back to the 9 month filing deadline.
