Registered Office -v- Business Address

Date:
Category:Latest News

We have recently noticed an increase in clients using Stopfords address for general correspondence.

Most limited companies we act for have their registered office set up to Stopfords address, so that all legal documentation from HMRC and Companies House arrives at our office.  Please note that any other correspondence should be set up to the business address i.e. for the bank, finance, leases etc.

If you do need further clarification on which address should be used, please contact the office to discuss further.
