Companies House – Stopping Paper Reminders

Companies House are starting to send out letters notifying all limited companies that important reminders, currently sent out by paper, will be stopping.  The letters will arrive at the registered office of the business and will have details of how to sign up to the email reminder service, which will be the only form of reminder communication from Companies House in future .

Please note if we do complete the confirmation statement and submission of the annual accounts on your behalf we keep a record of all deadline dates.
